Question WorldPro MT4 vs FXCM MT4 vs Oanda MT4 !!!

    Hello all,

I am some what new to binary option. I currently have a demo account with WorldPro MT4. I use the WorldPro MT4 chart to set up my trades. I am aware that there is a big delay. The delay is causing me to be a little off when I am entering a trade and when my trade expire. In resulting me to be OTM on my demo binary option trading account but ITM when I paper Trade.
My question is do you think I should open a live account with WorldPro MT4 or FXCM MT4 or Oanda MT4 in order to have real time charting data ? Which one is the best one WorldPro MT4 vs FXCM MT4 vs Oanda MT4 ? I have done my own research and so far I like Oanda MT4.

    Thanks for your replay

    Hi and welcome.
The best MT4 platform is the one that offers the closest quotes to your BO Broker. That way the delay is limited but it will not disappear completely. Of course, you could trade higher time frames and this problem will almost go away.
    All the best

This is a good question because these brokers are two of the "heavyweights" for those that focus on currency trading (which is my primary vehicle). FXCM was my first broker, and I dont think that you will find many people that have a problem with the overall execution although I have had a couple bad experiences with slippage. The biggest example was a Non Farm Payrolls report that was better than expected but revisions from the previous were drastically revised lower. This caused Dollar pairs to spike upward and then fall drastically in a matter of seconds. I had orders placed above and below the market, so this was a "perfect storm" for trading failure. Also, since the market was so volatile my stops were not filled in the right place, so it was a very bad trading day. Since then, I have moved to Oanda, where I have traded for years. Oanda is more of a "trader's trading broker" and I think that you will find a lot of the more experienced forex community would side with Oanda. I have never had execution problems there, the spreads are very fair and they also have a pretty nice charting package that is based on Java for those that do not want to add custom indicators to MT4. Overall, I have been very happy with Oanda and have no plans to change.

I don’t know this broker WorldPro and that’s why I couldn’t say anything about it, is it reliable or not. I think it is better to use more recognizable forex brokers as your quotation source. FXCM and Oanda are both big names in the forex industry and have good reputation, also they have good demo platforms and could be used for quote comparison, it is not needed to deposit into real accounts just to use their charting and quotes.

    PS Fully agree with Richard
