What do you think about that!? !!!

    I just traded a EUR/USD call where I didn't get in properly ...

Anyway, what leaves me somewhat puzzled is that my call at 1.35133 is still OTM although EUR/USD in the main window is already at 1.35134

I have photoshopped the screenshot to mark the essential info, but of course I didn't forge the numbers ...

I have no idea man. Maybe they have some kind of spread? Anyway, it is something that must be brought to their attention I believe. Did you check the Past Expires section of your broker to see if the numbers match?

Yes, they have a spread just like everyone ... but this has nothing to do with that ... the only thing, that I can think of, is that the display left <-> right is just not synchronized ...

So far, I have not noticed any suspicious things, but actually I don't check every trade number by number ... because usually I watch the chart window live anyway ... I am a thrill-junkie

But I will definitely watch closer now ... and I will talk with the support ... glad I could make this screenshot ... you never know ... and at least for that trade it was no problem, as it was ITM then

You can look if both screens use the same round up. Maybe your broker rounds up the numbers for the trade (mine does), but shows the real price in the other window?

Don't know, but it could be.

You could also try recording it with f.i. Camtasia or so, to be able to show it.

Thanks for the tip ... you are a tricky man!

I am not sure ... it seems, that these things are 'just' graphical glitches ... on another trade today It happened, that the small 'open-trade window' closed a few seconds before the 'official clock' of the webpage ... but so far, I had no losses because this glitches ... we'll see :/

I started to trade at this broker (which I will not advertise here) just a few days ago ... his reputation in Germany is quite good ... but am still in the acclimatization-phase, because the platform works completely different, than that I used before ...

Yes, Ammeo ... licensed, regulated and a good rep ... however, I still have some graphical glitches from time to time ... meanwhile I have a half dozen of strange screenshots ... but I didn't talk to support yet ..

I have tried several browsers but there is no difference ... but to be fair, I have to admit, that I run everything on my Macbook ... maybe there is just a java/silverlight/whatever-browser-plugin which doesn't work properly on a Mac ... and so far, I also didn't notice, that a trade was not correct ... every trade is well documented on the site and you even receive an email of every single trade on close ...

Not much to complain beside the sometimes slow charts

    Hi Marc,

I noticed the same issue with my broker. However i didn't report it due the fact it happens most of the time...what i saw was a really logging price quote on their platform...and to think this binary company is one of the first full EU regulated binary option company.

    Huge difference.

i was lucky since both of my trade position finish ITM

This is really a small difference, only zero point one pip, but it is important issue to know is there any spread for the binary options trading or not. If there is it will be much difficult if not imposible to trade one minutes and other short term options.

Agree with you lesterk, for me i don't bother because i never trade in 60 seconds, that is why 60 second time frame suck most of the time.
