    Very Bad Day.... !!!

I had a fucked up day trading on Friday. I lost $500. I lost four consecutive plays by a total of 4 pips. I lost every play by one single pip! I was bugging out! I was on the other side of fucked up. WTF?!?! Really? I trade 60 seconds options and for the whole entire trade, everything is going well. Then the final few seconds, shit goes in the other direction. What can you do?

    Hi RentsDue,

It always happen, such days to all traders, even the best ones and you just need to pass them behind and to look forward. The only thing I am curious about your losing series is that you traded 60 seconds options. They are not a good vehicle in my opinion and I am sure there will be many other traders here who will confirm my opinion too! Too unpredictable because of the short term volatility and there is no reasonable strategy applicable to trade such short periods of time. So it probably could be not due to a bad luck but most probably due to a bad strategy or bad time frame your poor results. Did you trade that way after this particular day latter?

That sucks but is an unfortunate aspect of trading. I would suggest you use a longer expiry period....60 seconds is pure gambling.

I would recommend 5minute trading if you like the short-term timeframe. I used to be a 60 second junkie on the demo accounts but then I realized that trying to predict the next close of 1 candle is indeed pure gambling. I personally have had successes with the 5minute timeframe, not in live accounts but demos trading on technical analysis whilst also checking the forexfactory calender to avoid trading around important news events. (I believe this is a good habit to get into) The difference between 60 seconds is you're gambling and with 5minute you're forecasting.

If you really want to go with these extremely short time frames, I would suggest you use spot positions rather than binary options. This way you can at least close your trade once prices go positive, and you arent held hostage by what happens in a few seconds of trading.

Dude, you shouldn't have take that much Risk while you were not able to handle it. Now you see? you are crying and upset. You should follow proper money management system and control your Greed.

Now you have to learn more and more to become a 'Pro Trader'. Never be crazy or don't be so emotional. Be professional and be 'Skilled'.

Emotion and greed is our greatest enemy. It takes time to overcome. Even pro traders sometimes cannot control. It depends how strong is your mindset.

Seriously today is a BAD Day for me too. I have lost almost 100$ just from a single Trade. I thought I was going to make a big profits, but unluckily my trade hit Stop loss and I get lost a big amount. I don't know how I would cover that amount, I need more inspiration and practice too.
