Daily Trading Tips by Terry - Wednesday 26th June !!!

    Recommendations:

Use an expiry time of 1 hour plus.
Risk no more than 2% of your account balance.
Tips are tradable until 4.00pm EST today.
Trade just one Tip at a time

EUR/USD: Emphatic comments issued by Mario Draghi overnight supporting long-term stimulus measures pressurized the Euro causing it to slump to a three week low against the US Dollar. The EUR/USD extended its yesterday’s losses by plunging another 50 pips this morning.

After positively crashing below an important support level in the last couple of hours, the pair now appears poised to suffer further weakness. Sell the EUR/USD if price drops beneath 1.3000.

USD/JPY: This pair dropped during the earlier part of today’s session before vigorously rebounding against a key support level. The USD/JPY is currently probing its middle Bollinger Band.

With the greenback acquiring fresh support from smoothing central bank talk; consider activating a new CALL option using the USD/JPY as its underlying asset if price can sustain a clean break above 98.00.

Gold Trading: This commodity crashed by over $50 per oz during the night as investors shunned its safe-haven appeal in preference for riskier assets, such equities. Calming statements from global central banks and the release a spate of encouraging economic data from the USA is boosting market sentiment to the detriment of this precious metal.

With further weakness expected during today, sell gold if price can drop lower than $1,223.80 per oz.

GBP/USD: The British pound also suffered at the hands of the US Dollar overnight exemplified by the GBP/USD plummeting by over 70 pips. Currency analysts are now forecasting that the greenback will extend its gains further against the pound during the course of today.

After breaking decisively below a key support level this morning, the GBP/USD is currently probing its lower Bollinger Band. Open a PUT binary option structured on this pair if this level concedes by price attaining a clean break beneath 1.5325.

Global equities extended their gains for a second day amid strong US data releases and supportive comments from both the European and Central Banks. The USA published economic indicators on Tuesday disclosing a better-than-expected consumer confidence figure as well as encouraging housing results. Meanwhile, Europe and China issued assertive statements overnight advising that, contrary to the USA, they were both still committed to long-term monetary easing.

However, the USA has just published a weaker-than-expected GDP number which came in at 1.8% compared to the expected 2.4%. This result has taken some of the steam out of the US dollar and the stock markets although this could just be a temporary respite.

Although the pair plunged by 15 pips just after opening, it surged later producing an 'out-of-the-money' status.

Very irritating but that is the reality of binary options trading especially during volatile times. I had a few trades last week which crept in as winners so I suppose I cannot grumble too much.

Exactly. In binary options "time" factor is very crucial. Most of the times analysis is correct but we loose due to the expiry time we set. Sometimes it moves against us until expiry and then moves in favor. Sometimes it moves in our favor in the start as in ur case but moves against us and expires out of money.
