The strongest European economy entered into recession !!!

France has entered into a recession after the first quarter of this year recorded a decline in gross domestic product(GDP) by 0.2%. France is in recession as it’s GDP has declined during the last two consecutive quarter, the purchasing power of French households in the 2012th registered a record decline of 0.9%. France with Germany is considered the country with the strongest economy and one of the most stable member of European Union. The high level of unemployment and lack of confidence producers and consumers. The unemployment reached 10.6% and it is expected that by the end of this year and the next year will increase more. Crisis attacked the strongest economy in euro zone –Germany. While initial projections predicted economic growth of 0.3% in the first quarter of this years the increase was only 0.1 percent. France must present a reliable program of structural reforms, as recent data show that the second largest European economy slid into recession. Gross domestic product (GDP) in Germany rose by only 0.1%in the January-March period, while analysts expected a stronger recovery of 0.3% after slowing from 0.7% in the last Germany was spared the worst consequences of the debt crisis, although its growth slowed down at the end of last year.

Germany is still expected to rebound into the rest of the year. The first quarter was a little disappointing but the second should improve. As for France, I don't pay much attention to them. They are a strong economy but it is mostly agriculture, when the rest of Europe starts making money again then France will be able to sell its wine, cheese and other high end agricultural products again.

Haha, funny explanation Michael If some French guy read your post could be not pleased very much from it. France could not compete with Germany for sure, but it is strong enough economy for sure.

The administration is a big problem of France. The private sector has problem with taxes. It consists of 47% duty for goods and service.Efficiency of French companies is low.France uses the raw materials is it's former colonies. The French president has launched an idea to establish a euro zone governments. The four main points of this idea include the establishments of euro zone economic governments that would consist of each month, then tax harmonization and fight against tax evasion,a European energy policy and investment policy and ultimately the realization of European political union with two years.
Bad is situation in the German metal industry too. The situation in the industry is very serious. It has a lot of layoff workers.Germany has a system that is no doubt but that the system is in the very near future on a very shaky ground.Economy of Germany is held only in the short term.German scarce and increasingly difficult to maintain the status quo in the state and power is at all.Germany is able to hire Europe and not because it has a service economy in Central Europe are traditionally plus Sweden and Finland including the market of China.

I am aware that the global economic recession has been bad for deprived socioeconomic groups everywhere. Additionally, a recently launched study by worldwide children's development business Plan and the anti-poverty Overseas Development Institute suggests that woman and girls have survived the most during the worldwide economic recession. According to worldwide research, women and girls are probably to be poor, drop out of school and die early. Get morel info here.
