    Stay away from 'tradethunder' - Bjorn Complaint - Solved !!!

    Hello guys,


    Stay away from 'TradeThunder'.

    Biggest bullshit platform I came across.

    I'm already trying to get my money for more than 1,5 week.

    They say my visa card is a different one than the one I used to deposit, which is complete bullshit because I only use one to do my deposits.

    I contacted their service multiple times, the only thing they say is sorry and they will forward the mail to the right person and he will contact me.

    Nobody is contacting me and they keep on playing me around.

    Seriously stay away from these thugs.

    First, i moved your thread into the appropriate forum.
    Im sorry to hear about Tradethunder, as we've had a positive feedback so far regarding this company. I advice to send them a link to this page, and ask for their replay. Hope if helps get your money back faster.
    It is also advisable to collect all documents related with your case, a document from your CC company proving you used this card would do the work.

    Until today still no answer from.

    I can't reach them through phone, live chat is disabled and support@tradethunder.com gives me the same BS, we've send you're email to the support..

    Dirty ass bastards.

    Stay away from them guys! Don't take anything else than a regulated broker, I have no leg to stand on now.

    Btw, Bjorn, how much money is stuck with this broker?
    Why you can't reach them via phone? Do they hang up?

    I am sorry to hear the problems you are having with trad thunder, i joined them a few weeks ago, i have not requested a with drawal yet. i will be this week tho. There are not many choices if you live in the us for low deposit brokers. Does anyone know anything about Marketsworld and if the are trustworthy

    Demo account means nothing...

    It's just a marketing trick, their service is one of the worst I've ever encountered.

    But I finally had a response today that they made the withdrawal, now I'm just waiting for it to appear on my bank account.

    Still a big NO GO, that's my suggestion, like I said before their charts are also not in sync.

    Try to register as much as possible with regulated once.
