    Hello World !!!

    Hello Fellow Community,

I have read quite a bit of groups here and found it be quite helpful. I wanted to jump in the pool and say hi.

What I am really interested is more in US Regulations and if anyone knows the requirements in regards to regulations associated with US Binary Trading. Do you have to be regulated?

    Thanks,
    V

Yes, legally all broker accepting US clients have to be regulated but not all are. those that aren't may take you as a trader but you have very little protections against fraud. You should stick to NADEX, it's a bit more difficult in the beginning but in the end you will appreciate the versatility, credit strategies, higher payouts, no worry about your money/payouts and much much more.

    I don't understand the question...

I think the regulation must be the same for all brokers. There are brokers who accepted/not accepted for the US traders.

Only brokers need to be regulated. We as BO traders don't need to be regulated unlike stock dealers and futures traders they need to be regulated.
