Based in the US? NADEX. There are other options, but better to stick to the ONLY CFTC regulated broker in the US.

I don't know other brokers, but GOptions is no longer accepting USA traders. Although I am not from US so it's not my matter but still I care about a legitimate broker. I even search for many online reviews to find why Goptions stopped accepting USA traders but didn't find a proper reason. However, they're still good to me.

Regulation is one of the requirements to accept U.S traders. Other than that, there are many tight rules (FIFO being one of them) for brokers. So even some legitimate brokers prefer not to accept U.S traders in order to avoid any complications. GOptions may have stopped for the same reason.
