The only reason we would require additional documents would be when you use a new credit card for deposits which hasn't been on record yet. Then, you'd be asked to provide proof.

    Best wishes,

    Hi thats great,

Thank you so much for taking the time. Other brokers could learn alot by having a helpful representative on here. I did ask for the other account to be deleted i will PM the details of that just in case.
Just one other question. I have used 2 different cards to deposit so what would i require to verify this. Both cards are in my name.

    Thanks for your continued support.

If you have already contacted our team, then your other account is definitely discontinued. Our team could ask you to provide a screenshot of your cabinet as proof of payment or a photograph of the credit card you used. However, that is mostly required if the name on the credit card doesn't match your account data. According to my information everything is in order right now. We hope you enjoying trading with Ayrex! Please feel free to ask any other questions and we will do our best to help.

    Rachel Kelly,

So with Ayrex anyone else experienced that a 30 sec trade was just canceled. I did a put on eur usd and it was a clear itm by about 19 ticks. But it says canceled with less than 3 ticks. Then i had 2 trades expiring at the exact same time, but with 2 different prices! How is that possible?! I was really pleased with their platform but after those problems i think about changing brokers. I emailed screenshots to the support but they weren't helpfull. They say the trade was canceled due to low volatility, never had that with other brokers. Also they say the 2 trades didn't expire at the same time, but they did.

    Hi!

As our support team consulted you, a trade is closed by the system automatically if there are less than 3 ticks for one candle during the time of your option.
We would like to bring to your attention that if during 3 ticks quotes do not change (it happens because of the volatility of asset), a client gets his investment back.

Thank you for the quick response. I understand now. So what about two trades expiring at different prices at the same time?
