    TStark's Trading Journal !!!

Hi guys, this is my rookie diary, so suggestions are more than welcome. My introduction is here if you want to know more about me: http://forums.binaryoptionsthatsuck....this-is-TStark
Basically I trade after work in the CET time zone for a few hours. I found the "Best MACD Entry Strategy" easy to understand therefore I try to deepen my knowledge about it and follow it as much as possible and see what happens.
I have a live trading account with Banc de Binary, they might not be the best one, but I can trade 1 USD at a time, so they'll do as a start. I also acquired Metatrader 4 via Mega Equity's demo account.
I have been trading for a couple of weeks now with a bit less than more success. I kept my trading history in a spreadsheet and saved metatrader screenshots, but I'm not gonna bore you with all of them, maybe an overview only where I am at the moment:
(I'm struggling posting an image, so to be continued.)

Reasons that led to take the trade:
    - 50 and 100 SMA have just reversed to an uptrend
    - Price below SMAs
    - MACD signal line crossed upwards

Congrats on your diary mate and I am glad you could post the picture. Any chance you could in the future post larger ones as it is very hard to inspect properly to give any advice on your trades.

You made the right decision to open a diary. It will greatly help you analyse and improve your strategy.
Btw market did move upwards and it was a close loss. You will be able to refine expiry time with experience which will most probably increase success percentage.
    Don't Speculate

Thanks guys for the encouragement. I'm still trying to figure out how this image upload works to get a better resolution up here.
Oh, and I forgot to mention that I use M5 charts and 30 min-1 hour expiry. I more or less understand the strike point of the MACD strategy, but yeah the expiry time is kind of foggy.
I had two trades today, one in and one out of the money:
GBPJPY, CALL, expiry: 30 mins, maybe a bit short
    - Price between SMAs
    - MACD signaled, but I think I hit it too late, the price had already moved too much up:

    Apple, PUT, expiry: 45mins
    - Price was way above SMAs
    - MACD signaled downtrend
    - Price started to drop:

Yeah I know that, but how to get it right? What's the good method to estimate it?

Had my next trade today, ending in the money.
USDCHF, MACD signalled PUT nicely. Strike at 19:32, broker offered 20:00 and 21:00 expiry. I chose the shorter one because I suspected the chart to drop explicitly.

I found a software, www.deltastock.com 's Delta Trading 6 that offers many-many stocks with a demo account. Now I'm trying to set its chart up for the 'best MACD strategy'. I traded Apple a few times earlier with binary, and I won most of the times unlike any forex pair. Maybe stocks are a bit more reliable when it comes to strategies. What do you think?
