Producer price inflation in the US fell in January by 0.8 percent, and predicted a decline of 0.4%, after falling 0.3% in December. At the annual level was recorded 0.0 percent, while the expected increase of 0.3%. Index of basic producer prices fell 0.1% during the last month. Economists had predicted growth of 0.1% after growth of 0.3% in December.
The number of building permits issued in the US fell in January by 0.7% to 1.05 million from 1.06 million in December. Analysts had expected growth of 0.8% to 1.08 million. The analysis also shows that the number of new homes fell by 2.0% during the last month to 1.07million units from 1.09 million, and predicted to fall by 1.7% to 1.07 million units.
Canadian wholesale rose in December by 2.5%, and is forecast growth of 0.4%, after falling 0.3% in November.The pair has broken above the upper boundary of a bullish channel and remains on the upside.with targets  1.275 and  1.28 in extension.
