    Not for US clients!
    24Option is regulated and recommended

You can take 2hour expiries there.

    Not for US clients!
Stockpair is another regulated and trusted broker but you can
only pick 60 min expiry and the next one is end of day.

    Not for US clients!
Binary.com is good with expiries, free to pick what ever you want but they are
only regulated by Gambling Supervision Commission in the Isle of Man, British Isles.

    Sorry for the confusion guys...

I was looking for broker with 2 hour expiry time.

I found mixed reviews for binary.com. Can this broker be trusted?

Any other broker suggestions for 2 hour expiry time are welcomed...

    Thanks okane and everyone.

If you are not a US citizen then I recommend Stockpair. I used them for 1 1/2 years and had no complaints. What I really miss with them (I got closed out of stockpair because of there getting regulation) is that when your strategy says go you do not have to choose from a pre determined expiry time.
If you want 2 hours it starts from when you choose 2 hours! Not having to choose a expiry that might be 10 or 15 min shorter or longer than what you want. Never a trouble with payouts and there pricing agreed with my real time charts. Also great customer service! I would return to them if they would allow US citizens again.
