    House price index in Australia rose in the fourth quarter to 1.9% from 1.5% in the previous quarter.Analysts had predicted growth at 1.8%.The pair is pulling back on its support.Below 0.7785 look for further downside with 0.7745 and 0.7710 as targets.

    The number of new home loans granted in Australia rose in January to 2.7% from minus 0.4% in the previous month,while analysts predicted growth at 2.3%.The pair stands below its resistance and remains under pressure with target 0.77 in extension.

    Australia's unemployment rate rose in January to 6.4% from 6.1%,while analysts expected growth to 6.2%. Number of employees fell in January to 12200 after growth of 42300 in the previous month.It predicted the fall of 4700.The pair stands below its resistance and remains under pressure with targets 0.7620 and 0.7565 in extension.

    The Australian dollar rose after the central bank governor of Australia,Glenn Stevens,said that the reduction could be less effective than an increase in demand.Rising unemployment and low inflation will determine the future of monetary policy. AUD/USD during recorded peak at 0.7792 and then consolidated at 0.7733.Reserve Bank of Australia has lowered rates last week by 25 basis points to a record low of 2.25% due to weak inflation,economic growth that is below the average level and persistently high Australian dollar.Below 0.7715 look for further downside with 0.7680 and 0.7640 as targets.
