Was I scammed? Lag? Makes no sense !!!

    Hi guys,

I am sort of a lurker on here. Today I was messing around with some of the more "gambling-esk" options on a site I don't use often. I am usually on Stock Pair but was using Power Option tonight for whatever reason.

So I put in what I thought was a flawless trade. Just $10 messing around. I use MT4 to research all of my options of course. I ended up losing the trade despite MT4 saying I was in the money. I have included an image below clearly showing this with the MT4 screen shot and the trade record from Power Option.

The horizontal and vertical line on the MT4 screen show where they claim it closed at 20:20. Down below that is the trade log. I am referring to the USD/CAD trade. The time is one hour off on the MT4 screen but they were conducted in fact at the same time. Just different firms.

What happened here? Any incite would be appreciated.

Should I be weary of this site? The trade was not erratic. Stayed flat at 1.07400 for a good 2-3 minutes. Very strange to me.

Here is the full screen shot. I went back and took it so my computer time clearly won't match even in the minutes lol.

Maybe it's a good idea to show the candlesticks. Now it's impossible to see if your price had a spike or so.

what was your entry price ?
what was the closing price ?
when did you take the trade ?
how many minutes before the expiry did you take your trade ?

was your entry in between bid/ask price ?

These are reasonable questions and necessary to find answers on them before analyzing the situation further. Simply from the chart you provided, Weered I can not see where and how long is the price fluctuation you are talking about?

For what it's worth I might be wrong, but: The difference what we are talking (between 1.07400 and 1.07378) is basically 2 pips. If you go and check out three different MetaTrader feeds (aka three different brokerages) you'll see they have slighty different prices. The moving is obviously the same, but such small pip in price differences between brokerages (and in your case, the BO broker) are actually quite regular. You know, FX market is OTC so there is no a centralized price.

So what I am guessing here is, you were really just out of luck. You should take a picture of the BO brokerage's platform too (the chart when it's happened), so we could look into it further.
