Thumbs up BellOptions issue with my Withdrawal Request !!!

Hi fellow traders!!! This is my first time to post here and open a new thread. I'm facing problems with my withdrawal in BellOptions. Usually I will start with a minimum deposit and when it reaches 10x to 30x the amount, I'll request for a withdrawal. The Customer Support is good and prompt but when it comes to withdrawal, it's already more than a month but the request to withdraw $800 has not reached my account yet. I requested for a withdrawal last 21 January 2014 and they only approved my request last 27 January 2014. There are many alibis coming from their finance department, and even their Account Manager cum Customer Support doesn't have any answers. You can see the attached images for your reference.

Please share your experience with the said binary broker and tell me where to report this issue.

    Hello there,
First thing - send them a link to this page.
I see the last e-mail is from yesterday. I think we need to wait and see what happens next

Thank you for responding Martin. Actually that date isn't 2 March 2014 but 3 February 2014. I already sent them the link and hopefully they resolve this issue fast because the binary community is watching!!!

    Hi Botsog,
my 2 cents, just allow them some more time, maybe they really have some problems with wire transfers. Update this thread when you have news (good or bad, so we know here)

Thank you for sharing with us, it is really very important to update on your case. It will be very helpful for all the traders to avoid depositing with them if there is even small doubt they are scammers!

most brokers that i experienced will send my money back within a week or two. for belloptions my request was approved in 6 days where in their policy they mentioned 3 days. they're giving me run-around and they don't even explain the real problem of the delay. if they have problems in the bank, why not send the money through other means? customer satisfaction is the first and foremost if they want to stay in business...

Sorry to hear about the problem, its very common with binary options brokers. It is good that you bring it up, however. I am not trying to kiss-up to the BOTS site but you will not see many online outlets that deal specifically with the more negative sides of the business (ie, the ones that SUCK) but there are large benefits when doing that. Usually, I just get angry with these people and start using phases like "I will call the authorities." That does seem to work.

thank you guys for the input. i'll give you feedback on what's going to happen. it's good to have bin site like this where you can express your disappointment with these brokers who are trying to fool bin traders.

@Botsog Bro, Next time avoid unknown and unpopular broker, always apply due diligence when selecting BO broker. 765$ is quite big considering your time and effort to get it when you trade minimum account. Just like everybody said "charged to experience" :-)
