Hot Binary Options Future and Perspectives !!!

    Hi guys,

Check out this article in well respected and popular among the traders Futures Magazine about Binary Option. The author is one of the well known proponents of binary trading. According to this article there is a huge explosion in the interest on the binary options subject in 2012 and I just imagine how big the expansion last 2013 year is! You can see that the binary market transform from one small exotic marketplace to a significant factor and very important instrument in the arsenal of today traders.

I opened this discussion to ask for your opinion about the future and perspectives for the binary industry. Where do you think it is heading? Do you think that the regulations finally will bring the binary options the legitimacy they deserve and what will be the future of binary options brokers, more brokers with less regulation or less brokers with more regulations? Share what do you think?

    Great article, thanks for sharing.

I think, as with everything else new that shows up it will as the author says become like the wild west at first.
But later on when more knowledge is spread among people it hinders the scammers from taking advantage of new traders.
With information being out there for everyone to access on web sites such as CommuniTraders or Babypips resulting in
well prepared traders it will put the pressure on the brokers to compete with
each other in providing safer trading and better trading experience to attract the costumers.
Of course scammers will always find new ways to lure people and rob them blind.
At least it will be much harder for them to succeed.

Yes, I think there will be more brokers.
But as the demand for regulated and trusted brokers becomes important for serious traders
we might also see an increment of regulated brokers.

My only fear is, that BO will be 'overregulated' in some way, or maybe even forbidden, for being 'Gambling' ... isn't it already forbidden in Italy or somewhere in EU?

Franly, I don't know the author. This article was published on March 2013, long ago. It's more like a binary options promoting article.

I like this idea of thread, However you don't need this article this get this fine looking chart. Check it out (oh my god, it's 2014 already) - http://www.google.com/trends/explore#q=binary%20options

Where will Binary Options go??? Hope it becomes a regulated and legitimate product. I think we're going there. Will scams disappear? not in the short future. Is it banned or will be banned?? It's not, not in the EU US or even Japan. BTW - Japan regulators banned 60 seconds. so this is where I think we're headed - less short time frames, less payouts, more fees, less brokers, more BO on Forex platforms and different types of BO. Yet, new brokers are still popping out!!! we're still in the wild west, do NOT remove your shield yet

Uau it looks like new wave of increased interest in binary options trading is coming this year

It is amazing and at the same time a bit surprising to see so much interest appeared on the scene. There will be some major changes this year I guess, new rules, new regulations and probably new major players in the binary industry. The forex brokers also smell the taste of the binary options profit and soon they will offer binaries too. So more players I think more competitive pricing will appear, I don’t agree that more fees and lower payouts is the future of binary trading. I am sure sooner or latter we will see much fair pricing than today and lower spread between in and out of the money options!
