    Arrow Oh Crap, this doesn't work!!! Errors post here! !!!

    What's up you guys??

    Hope you're all recovered from the holidays. I've opened this new thread for you to help me fixing bugs and error on the CommuniTraders platform.
    So here's what I want you to do (:

    Before we start, I recommend you download a Screen shot software called "Light Shot" - http://app.prntscr.com/
    this aid will help you take fast and simple screenshots and also upload them into a cloud server.

    Next, whenever you encounter any problem - Immediately take a screenshot!

    go back to this thread, click replay, explain the problem and add your screenshot url/copy.

    I don't know either this is an error or not but a lil bit confuse of the price ($0.0000).

    Yes it seems we a problem with the buying price. It seems like it was working on some assets, maybe try to refresh your charts before trading, also clean cache once in awhile. Anyway, we are aware of this problem and doing the best to solve it. Thank you for sharing this screenshot

    I did see some glitches in Communitraders a while ago like 2 or 3 weeks back, last week communitraders worked fully fine for me though..

    Any time I click on the "my performance" tab, I get brought to a "bad request" page. It says, "your browser sent a request that this server could not understand".
    Also I closed a trade on USDCHF in the money today, but didn't get any pay out ... just a refund, and I don't think it was a tie. Sorry I don't have the screenshot. Does anyone else have problems collecting profits?

    Well this is strange.. Was this error since you've started? Or did it suddenly appeared? I think it may have to do with the "%" in your user name. Maybe it's better if you register again under a different user name. keep me updated
